I've had mac.mail for 10 or 11 years. I still have an @mac.com email suffix. So, I'm not too happy about this new icloud thingy. We have older machines, so lion won't run on them and without lion you can only run a limited version of icloud. Talk about planned obsolescence! Or should I say rip off. I'm sick of companies doing this. I think they're too big for their britches.
So, I found an email company called runbox. They're Norwegian. It's cheaper than mobileme, by a huge bit, they are partly employee owned, and use hydro power to power their servers. I am also able to use my mail client that came with the apple computer, so I get to keep the same look and feel that I'm used to using. Happiness.
